Who runs Avant

A dentist who got tired of buying his own marketing badly.

Avant Marketing Revolution is led by Dr. Blane Jackson, DDS, MBA — a practicing dentist and multi-practice owner/operator who has owned and operated eight dental practices.

Across those practices he bought a great deal of marketing. Some of it worked. Most of it arrived as a monthly report full of impressions and rankings that never quite explained why the schedule still had holes in it on a Tuesday afternoon. The agencies were not dishonest. They simply had no way of knowing which of their numbers mattered, because none of them had ever run the practice paying the invoice.

Avant exists to close that gap. Same work — local search, Google Business Profile, the booking path, follow-up — but judged against production and new patients rather than against a dashboard.

What an operator’s perspective actually changes

A practicing dentist, not an account manager

Dr. Jackson still sees patients. When we talk about a slow Tuesday column or a hygiene recall that has quietly drifted, that is not a case study we read — it is a problem he has had to solve in his own operatory.

Eight practices owned and operated

Not consulted for. Owned and operated — signing the supply invoices, carrying the payroll, and living with the consequences of every marketing decision. That is the vantage point the recommendations come from.

An MBA pointed at the P&L, not the dashboard

The question is never how a campaign performed in isolation. It is whether production moved, what it cost to move it, and whether the same money would have done more somewhere else in the practice.

Dentist-owned practices only

We do not take DSO work. Group procurement rewards the lowest bid and the loudest report, and that is a different business from the one we want to run. If you have sold to a DSO, we are the wrong fit and will say so early.

Where we actually are

Avant is new, and we would rather you hear that from us.

The company was founded in 2026 and is onboarding its first cohort of dental clients. We do not have a wall of dental testimonials, and we are not going to borrow one. Named case studies with measured outcomes get published when the 90-day windows close and clients agree to be named — not before.

What that means for you: you are buying a method and an operator’s judgement, not a track record we can point at yet. That is a genuine reason to start small. It is also why the Practice Visibility Check is free and why the Practice Growth Analysis is a fixed $999 with a floor on it rather than a retainer you have to commit to before seeing anything.

How Avant relates to DrSupport

Avant is owned and operated by DrSupport, which also builds the dental software we implement — AIDoctorNotes for documentation, Practice Stock Wise for supply spend, and the wider DrSupport stack.

Worth saying plainly, because it cuts both ways: it means we can fix a problem end to end instead of handing you a vendor list, and it means we have an interest in those products. So the Practice Growth Analysis is written to be useful even if you buy nothing else, and when the answer is a $297/month tool rather than a $2,500/month retainer, we will tell you that.

See what a new patient finds when they look for you

The Practice Visibility Check takes about 60 seconds, needs no call, and costs nothing. If it turns up something worth documenting properly, that conversation happens after — not before.
