- Denial recovery rules calibrated to your top denial reasons (Code mismatches, missing X-rays, frequency limits, etc.)
- Appeal templates customized per payor for your top 3–5 denial patterns
- Verification call scripts for unusual coverage situations
- Exception-routing logic: which denials need the doctor's review vs. which the billing lead can resolve
- Reporting setup: weekly denial dashboard, monthly recovery report, per-payor trend
Phase 3 — Training (Weeks 5–6)
- Live training for billing lead (2 sessions, 90 min each)
- Live training for front desk (60 min focused on verification workflow)
- Doctor briefing (45 min on dashboards and exception escalation)
- Recorded sessions retained for new-hire onboarding
