We close that gap. Each package below is a fixed-scope engagement that ends with the tool actually running in your practice, with the team trained, and with the metrics you wanted in the first place visible on a dashboard.
These packages stand alone. You do not need to be a marketing-retainer client of Avant. We build the dental tech. We get it live. You decide if you want anything more.

Same operating cadence across all three packages. You always know what week we're in.
- 1Kickoff (Day 0). 60-min call. We map your practice's specific situation: PMS in use, current workflows, pain points the tool needs to solve, the people who will actually use it.
- 2Setup & integration (Week 1–2). Account provisioning, data import, integrations with your PMS where supported, configuration tuned to your specific payor mix / supply usage / clinical workflow.
- 3Staff training (Week 2–3). Two live sessions: one for the doctors / decision-makers, one for the chairside / front-desk staff who actually run the tool daily. Recordings stay with you.
- 4Monitoring & tuning (remaining timeline). Daily check-ins for the first week the team is live, then weekly for the rest of the engagement. Adjust thresholds, fix exceptions, refine.
- 5Handoff (final week). Final review meeting, runbook for your team, decision on optional ongoing support. Engagement closes cleanly here unless you want to continue.
What is NOT included
We're explicit about scope to avoid surprises.
- The software subscription itself—that's a separate cost paid directly to the product (Practice Stock Wise, Revenue Rocket, etc.). Most run $99–$249/mo per practice.
- Hardware, networking, or PMS upgrades the implementation may require. Where these are needed we document them at kickoff and you decide.
- Ongoing daily-driver work after the engagement closes. That's what the optional monthly support tier is for.
- Custom feature development on the underlying product. If you need something we don't ship, we tell you and we don't charge to invent it.
- Marketing services. These packages are operational, not marketing. If you also want marketing, see retainer pricing.
